How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Upgrading or downgrading your plan in Handbook is a straightforward process. You can also update your credit card details and download invoices from the Billing section. Follow these steps to manage your subscription:
Steps to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
Log In to Your Handbook Account
- Open your web browser and go to the Handbook login page.
Enter your login credentials (email and password) and click Log In.
Navigate to Settings
- Once logged in, go to the main navigation menu.
Click on Settings.
Access the Billing Section
In the Settings menu, click on Billing.
Select Your Plan
- In the Billing section, you will see the current plan you are subscribed to.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, select the tier you wish to switch to from the available options.
Prorated Billing
- Handbook will automatically prorate your plan based on your current subscription and the new plan you choose.
Review the prorated charges or credits that will apply.
Confirm Your Selection
- After selecting the new plan, confirm your choice.
- Your subscription will be updated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
Important: Downgrading your plan will immediately remove the existing features and will prorate the plan so you only pay for what you used in your current billing period.
Additional Billing Management
Update Credit Card Details
- In the Billing section, you can update your credit card information.
- Enter your new credit card details and click Save to update your payment method.
Download Invoices
- You can view and download past invoices from the Billing section.
- Click on Invoices to see a list of all your previous invoices.
- Click the Download button next to the invoice you wish to download.
