Troubleshooting Email Delivery
If you are receiving emails regarding an organization or company you were previously affiliated with and are no longer affiliated with them, you'll need to contact them to have your account removed from their organization. Your user account may be synced automatically via a third party integration they're using.
Handbook Support cannot modify your account or remove acknowledgement alerts from your account.
If you need to report abuse, please submit a support ticket.
Verification of Email Receipt and Tracking Acknowledgment
If you wish to confirm the receipt of an email by a user, you can do so using the Reports feature. This functionality allows you to determine whether the email has been read or opened, along with the frequency of access. To access this information, navigate to the Reports section located on the left-hand side of the screen. Subsequently, select the eye icon to review the audit trail, where you will find details such as the date and time of the email transmission, the instances of access, and the associated IP address.
Not receiving emails and you should be?
If you're not receiving emails from Handbook, follow these steps:
- Check your email inbox or spam folders: Handbook will send routine emails asking for your e-signature when your team requires it. These emails are important for staying up to date with company policies and training materials.
- Whitelist Handbook's email address: To ensure you receive all emails from Handbook, please contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist the email address:

. This will help prevent Handbook's emails from being marked as spam or blocked.
By doing this, you’ll ensure that you receive all important notifications and requests from Handbook without any issues.
